How does the remote coaching work?

Your coach is a real person who's with you to help you reach your goals. They'll text you to check in and communicate what they’re seeing in the data, deliver your programming each week, and respond to your questions along the way.

Once you complete your goal survey you will be assigned a coach and you’ll be delivered an evaluation to complete.  After your evaluation your coach will design your programming based on your body and your goals.

Once your workouts begin, your coach will text you to check in and you can also reach out to your coach via text at any time for questions, support or suggestions. Your coach is there for you every step to make sure you’re getting the most out of your experience!

What if I don’t have a gym membership or a home gym?

Not a problem - your workouts are flexible and we can accommodate different environments.  Just let your coach know what equipment you do have access to and we’ll go from there.

How will my coach track my progress?

Your coach will get updates after you complete each workout through your Athos gear and the app.  Your workout data gets sent to your coach to analyze and assess how your body responded and how you felt.  Your coach will review how you handled the workout and maybe you’re ready for more, and need to progress. Or perhaps you’re good right where you’re at and want to get a bit more reps.  Your coach will have everything they need to track your progress remotely to ensure you’re on the right track to achieve your goals.  

What is the Athos return policy?

If you don’t love the fit or the gear we offer a 14 day satisfaction policy from your delivery date for anything unworn, unused & unwashed.  As long as you reach out to our team within 14 days of receiving your order, we can help!

What is the Athos Coach cancellation policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with Athos and are offering a month free coaching to start. If at any point you don’t want to continue with your coaching subscription just let your coach know, and they will be happy to help you cancel your subscription and we won't charge you again.  If you are ever unsatisfied with our service, you can email customersuccess@liveathos.com so we can make it right.

What kind of time will this require?  How long are the workouts?

The short answer is the workouts can be customized to fit your schedule.  We program for each session to take between 45min-1hour. You can work with your coach to adjust from there to make it work for you.

What if I have injuries or any type of physical restriction?

Although we strive to Build Better Athletes, we cannot render medical advice or replace the advice of a medical professional since we are not doctors. If you have any injury, illness, or other medical condition you should consult your medical professional before beginning any fitness program.  If your medical professional has cleared you for exercise then working with a personal coach can be highly beneficial. If you experience any pain when training with Athos, you should discontinue use immediately and seek advice from your medical professional. Can I use Athos Coach when I am travelling or away from home?

Is Athos Coach available on Android?

Not right now. We really want to create an amazing iOS experience before we start developing for other platforms. As such, we only support iOS and have no ETA on an Android app.

Is Athos Coach available outside the United States?

Not today - while we’d love to expand internationally in the future, we want to make sure we cover all of our bases and get everything before going global.
